TREATMENT DESCRIPTION
A facial treatment personalises the application of different techniques using the hands, tools, and equipment, and specially formulated products with key ingredients to maintain and improve the health and appearance of the skin. Receiving a facial is both extremely relaxing and highly beneficial for the client. A facial treatment will usually consist of a sequence involving a thorough cleanse and tone of the face, a facial scrub, a nourishing mask, serum application, moisturizers and also a décolleté massage and sometimes adding the neck and scalp for added relaxation.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is suitable for all beginners who are starting their skincare career, or any massage therapists that only hold body qualifications and haven’t moved onto the face yet. Or simply for those who have a keen interest in facials and the anatomy of how it all works and would like to explore a skincare hobby. This course can lead you further into all aspects of advanced skincare courses, help widen your skillset by learning new techniques, and to develop your anatomy and physiology knowledge.

QUALIFICATION
After your practical session you must complete a case study at home in your own time.
You will need to submit evidence work of a completed consultation form & aftercare advice and upload short videos of you demonstrating the facial movements & techniques that you were taught during your practical in-house session.
Once your tutor is satisfied with the content you will be issued an accredited Healing Hands certificate which will allow you to get insurance and carry out treatments on the public. If you choose the ABT as your insurance provider, then you will receive a 10% discount code.
