You’ve booked an appointment- what happens next?

CONFIRMATION
You will receive an automatic message via txt or email from our online partner Fresha to confirm your appointment with your card details.

This does NOT take payment upfront; it simply stores it for us as confirmation of your booking.

CONSULTATION
Please fill in the online consultation form so we have all the necessary details & will save time at your appointment.

 

REMINDER
You will receive an automatic reminder of your appointment two days before from our online partner Fresha, you do not need to reply to this.

 

CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please do this within 12 hours of your booking time.

Any appointments that are cancelled on the day or fail to turn up will be charged full price of the booking fee.

 

PAYMENT
As a small business our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer or cash, we do also take card payments.

 

REVIEWS
As a small business we strongly rely on customer feedback and comments.
