COURSE DESCRIPTION
This is a deep exfoliating facial with the added benefit of safely removing the top dead layer of skin cells & vellus hair (the fluffy kind) from the face with use of a sterile surgical blade. This is highly effective, non-invasive and painless treatment with zero recovery time. It increases the absorption of skincare products making homecare skincare much more effective as they will penetrate the skin more.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
You must hold a level 3 beauty therapy qualification or be a qualified Nurse or Doctor or hold a nationally recognised Level 2 or 3 in Anatomy & physiology. This course is aimed at those who would like to upgrade their skincare list to their clients and offer something a little bit more than just a relaxing facial. Buy completing this course you could expand further into areas such as- chemical peels, LED light therapy, mesotherapy and advanced skincare.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
You will learn how to safely & confidently perform a bespoke Healing Hands dermaplane facial with all the necessary techniques & tips needed for this treatment. The procedure involves the use of a surgical sterile blade, we will perfect this throughout the day until you are comfortable with this method. We will focus on your massage skills & improve on your existing craft.
Prior to your practical training day, you will be required to complete your online theory training, this will consist of the following:

CERTIFICATION
After your practical session you must complete a case study at home in your own time.
You will need to submit evidence work of completed consultation forms & aftercare advice and upload short videos of you demonstrating the dermaplane techniques that you were taught during your practical in-house session.
Once your tutor is satisfied with the content you will be issued an accredited Healing Hands certificate which will allow you to get insurance and carry out treatments on the public.
